Sneak Peek: Rum Distillery in Fishtown for Coffee-Liquor Production

We are very excited to announce that we have purchased a custom rum distillery that looks very similar to this:

La Colombe rum distillery

It will be installed in our new space in Fishtown. We have been working on the recipe and experimenting with ways to incorporate our beans into the liquor. We have already tasted some delicious samples with the new distillery, and it will only get better. We can’t wait to share it with you.

  2. I just signed a contract with Skyhorse Press to write a book about rum. It will be my third beverage book. I’m interested in portraying the distilling of rum in a first-person format.I’m already a big fan of your other dark and aromatic beverage. Do you think we should talk?

I’m a big fan of your coffee and the way you demand far treatment of the farmers and their employees. I’m sure your rum will be a big hit and I can’t wait to try it.
